ABOUT MY ORDER


DID I SUCCESSFULLY PLACE AN ORDER?

We will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address to place the order in our system,
if you did not receive any, please check the junk mail box. Please note that sometimes it may takes an hour to send / receive this email as the transaction system / banks which relevant to your payment have to review for an approval.

Once your order is packaged and sent from our warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation message that displays your tracking number / package ID, where you can check the delivery location.


HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

In order to maintain the quickest delivery time, once your order is confirmed in the system it will be immediately processed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee your order can be successfully cancel.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service officers as early as you can by emailing to: sales@welovemonster.com. If the email queue is longer than expected, it is the best to call and check if we can cancel your order immediately.


REPLACE THE ITEMS IN THE ORDER?

Once your order confirmed, we apologize items cannot be subtract, replace, or subjoin. If you need to make changes to your order, please immediately contact our customer service officers. We can cancel your previous order so you can place a new one.

In order to maintain fast delivery time, your order will be processed immediately in our system. All order information cannot be change after processed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you can successfully cancel the order and place a new order.

HOW MUCH FOR THE POSTAGE?

FOR DELIVERIES IN HKSAR, MACAU & MAINLAND CHINA

¥30 delivery charges for spending under ¥500.
FREE delivery for over ¥500 (after discount) spending in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.

FOR OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

For overseas (Non HKSAR, Macau & Mainland China) - Shipping costs depends on region and will be delivered by SF Express. Costs for the postage will be display at the check out.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to declare the order for customs purposes and pay any duties or taxes that may be demanded by your government, or appointed agencies on importation. We have no control over how much tax or duty any such body may charge. You may wish to contact your local customs authority to determine what further costs may be involved in addition to the order and delivery charges invoiced by WELOVEMONSTER.


CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you want to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service officers as fast as you can for the arrangement. In order to maintain the quickest delivery time, your order will be processed immediately in our system. After processing, all order information cannot be changed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you can successfully change your address.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track your order here by the order number after logged in with relevant email address.

Once your order shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation with tracking number / package ID to your email. By clicking the tracking link from the delivery confirmation email, you will be directed to the courier website and you can check the latest information about your delivery.

Please note that may seldom tracking failed from mobile APPS. We recommended to get tracks by clicking the link through web for the best results. You can contact our customer service officers if you need a tracking assists.


ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We hope you are happy with our products. If the product matters on quality problems, please contact our customer service officers for return purpose. For non-quality problems, our standard returns period is 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

PLEASE NOTE THERE'S NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ISSUES ON LUCKY LAST ITEMS.


INSTRUCTION FOR RETURNS:

1. Fill in the return form which provided with the package.
2. Pack the return form with the product that you need to return.
3. Manage the package which needs to return to courier or local post office for delivery.

All return items should be properly packed to avoid packaging damage. Please use original packaging to return all items, and do not cut the clothing label. Please do not paste anything directly on the original packing of the product.

Please be aware that we will not assume any delivery costs for non-quality problems and package of returns. Please keep the delivery receipt properly and attention to your return- packaged tracking ID.


HOW TO EXCHANGE?

If you want to exchange the product, please place a new order from our website and return the products which is/are unwanted. Please note that we will not be responsible for the shipping cost of returned goods and the shipping cost of new orders.

HOW TO REFUND?

Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will refund the value of your returned items to the same card/payment system initially used for the purchase. Please note that it will take approximately 5 working days for processing your returned items.

Please note that we will not be able to refund any additional charges, such as import taxes/customs duties, or cross border fees, applied by your local customs office or bank.


WHAT TO DO ON INCORRECT ITEM?

If you’ve received incorrect item(s), please contact our customer service officers for exchange issues with 7 working days.


WHAT TO DO WHEN I RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEM?

If you’ve received a damaged item from delivery, please contact our customer service officers no later than 3 working days for issue assists.
